I brought the watch for my dad for his birthday. The delivery was delayed but did get told it may due to this time of the year which was understandable and therefore I ordered the watch with enough time. However when the watch arrived the watch was broken as the clip had fallen and was loose in the box when it arrived. I had rang customer service and the lady on the phone wasnt very helpful and appeared to not want to listen to my reasons to why I am not happy. I wanted an exchange for a new one and now I have to wait for the returns label to come to my address and then send the watch off. This has delayed my gift to my dad and will be very overdue as this has been and will be time consuming with getting it returned to get a new one. I have ordered two watches in the past and had no problems but I am not happy with this order, customer service and the outcome of this.

The watch is absolutely fantastic! Lightweight, simple and classy but at the same time posh! What I dont like is the crown which is very small and flaky I havr the feeling that when I adjust the time it will brake any moment! I got it with a luxury gift wrap which was very nice as well!

. I was unsure about ordering a watch online in case the bracelet did not fit but I used the facility of asking for the strap to be adjusted to my wrist size. when the watch arrived I was able to wear it straight away. very impressed with the service and delivery

This is my 3rd accurist watch its a lovely watch but compared to the 2 others I have of similar price it looks very cheap and find the strap very uncomfortable on the wrist, also the strap sharp on the edges Ive gone back to wearing my old accurist watch

I bought this Accurist Diamond watch for myself and I am chuffed to bits with it. The strap is very easy to adjust to fit any sized wrist, so there is no need to submit any measurements before purchase. The beautiful black face is very distinctive and allows you to read the time easily. The date viewer is also easy to read. The 25mm by 30mm watch face is a suitable size for any width wrist.
i find this watch excellent in design all i wanted in a watch, excellent value for the money too.
Great product for great price. So pleased with the watch
nice face and thin profile so sits on wrist easily and doesnt ruffle the shirt cuff BUT wrist strap is fragile - found it only just fits an 8 inch wrist - requires the clasp to be altered which isnt easy and then the clip doesnt feel secure but after putting on found it very difficult to undo the clasp - should be ear-marked as a dress watch since one doesnt gain the feeling that the strap is robust enough for day-to-day wear.
disappointing = nice watch face but strap is weak - first all I have a wrist of nearly 8 inches so the length only just fits but the clasp is poor and difficult to clip shut and even more difficult to undo - had thought of asking to return it and choose another since I've only put the watch on and not worn it as such - but ben too busy to deal with this matter.

Trying to avoid the rouge sites out there with imitation goods, I was directed to watchshop, and have not been disappointed. Watch came in great presentation box with Accurist 2 year warrantee and watch fitted perfect after supplying my wrist size. I use the interent a lot and this experience has been one of the best.

Perfectly sound watch although the deseign is not as good as my previous watch which I purchased some fifteen years ago from them and was serviced each five years without any trouble except for this year when there service was outsourced.
